But, if you are not satisfied with the uLeash, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for repair or replacement at any time. We 100% guarantee the uLeash. (The lifetime of the uLeash)
If you or your dog are not 100% satisfied with this custom-built product, simply return your uLeash within 30 days for a full refund. (But it can't be thrashed!)
REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS
IF YOU HAVE A DAMAGED PLANET PAWSITIVE PRODUCT THAT YOU WANT REPAIRED, PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS
WARRANTY & NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS
A WARRANTY REPAIR covers anything that appears to have failed under normal use, we do not charge for warranty repairs.
A NON-WARRANTY REPAIR covers damage due to normal wear and tear, or damage not caused by a malfunction. We charge for non-warranty repairs.
WHO DETERMINES IF IT’S A WARRANTY OR NON-WARRANTY REPAIR? Our Planet Pawsitive Repair Department will determine whether your repair is or is not covered by our warranty. They will contact you if there will be a charge and/or to discuss repair options.
CHARGES FOR NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS: The minimum charge starts at $10.00 per part.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? All uLeashes are repaired in Encinitas, California. Turnaround time is approximately 7 business days from the time your suit is received excluding shipping.
REQUEST A REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
Please email us to request a repair and to let us know what you want fixed. Please provide complete information and give a detailed description of the repair you want done. Please attach photos if possible to your email. Send an email to: - once we receive yoru email, we will send you a confirmation email that we understand what you need repaired. At that time, you may ship your uLeash to our facilities.
WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING? You pay to send your uLeash to us; we pay to send it back. This applies both to warranty and non-warranty repairs.

- Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Planet Pawsitive cannot replace packages lost during a repair shipment if proof of tracking is made unavailable to us.
- If you live close to one of our local events on the weekends in Southern California, you may take your return there to have your uLeash exchanged or repaired.

Items will be returned to you via USPS Priority Mail. This is not an expedited service. We will our best to process repairs and exchanges within 7 business days. If the item is deemed irreparable, we may, at our discretion, replace it. Please contact us with any questions, comments, or return requests.
